i actually had this convo a long time ago when i too worked at a grocery store. i didn't want to spend an hours worth of work on a sandwich so i bought a snickers bar (hungry why wait?). it was frustrating that the protein bars were the cost of a sandwich at mcdonalds too...interesting.
