Introducing "Sweatin' on the Subway", the newest fitness craze to hit New York City!!

To get around New York City, most of us have to ride the train.
But the phrase "ride the train" can sound misleading. It should be called "wait the train" because that's what we spend most of our time doing. Wait for the train to come. Wait for a seat on the train. Wait on the train...you get the point.

This is wasted time, and money, spent waiting. Instead of reading a book (Who reads books anymore?), fiddling with your iPod (We know it's not on; you just don't want to give tourists directions) or scrolling through your Blackberry (Excuse to ignore buskers and/or the less fortunate), why not work out a little bit?

Monica and Ally came up with several exercises that you can do on the platform and on the train to not only liven up your commute, but also keep you in better shape. Hey, don't worry about body odor. The Subway smells already!

So watch our pod and tell us what you think! I gotta end this now because I actually have to get off the train...
