Perhaps a stickler for punishment, Ricky Hatton is already considering a rematch with the Floyd Mayweather.
Hatton who jokingly described Mayweather's victory as a 'fluke' suffered a "10th-round knockout to the WBC welterweight champion" at last weekend's bout in Las Vegas.
Hatton told Sky Sports News: "My best attribute is that I am fearless."

One of the 7 sins..Gluttony

the first one was pretty decisive... it was interesting for 5-6 rounds, then it became pretty obvious that Mayweather had figured out Hatton and Hatton wasn't going to catch him. Don't see how it could be anything but a continuation of that the next time around...

The Hatton V.S. Mayweather/Referee fight was disappointing. As with all fights I watch on TV, I turn off the sound. The commentators are usually biased one way or the other. This way I see the fight in my own eyes and generate my own opinion. Therefore in my opinion the referee was helping Mayweather.
Hatton is a inside power puncher and was hurting Mayweather from the first round on. However once Hatton began his inside assault, the referee was able to help Mayweather by slowly reacting to Mayweather constantly tieing up Hatton's arms. This eventually fatigued Hatton's power, wearing him down for Mayweathers late kill.
A rematch with a neutral referee, at a neutral location, and I believe the power of Hatton would cause a very different result. Hatton would prevail in 5 rounds or less. -
I thought Joe Cortez was a disgrace. The sight of his fat frame scampering across the ring to break up any chance of a Hatton body punch ruined what could have been a classic. We will never know if Floyd could have withstood Hattons fearsome body shots. Lets hope for a rematch without Cortez.
