It's a frustrating conversation in a country that insists on spending half its budget in military spending. The people in charge of budgeting obviously don't and haven't had any desire to see our education system improved. Much like our healthcare system it has been deemed unnecessary. Why do we keep spending on tanks instead of books? -
Interesting, but I wonder what the story is from several or many other parts of the U.S.
