Here it is, the latest update on the draft international climate change agreement. Basically India and China have voiced concerns about their share of the action plan, arguing that developed countries should do more to provide clean technology and financial backing to help their poorer counterparts embrace the movement. Only Sweden, Germany and Iceland outscored Mexico in the Climate Change Performance Index, released yesterday during the Bali talks. The United States ranked 55th out of 56 countries, ahead only of Saudi Arabia.
