Roy D. Hollander, some guy, has filed a law suit against Manhattan night clubs alleging that he was discriminated against by ladies' nights, that offer free drinks and discounted entrance fees.
Say what?
Night club lawyers are calling the lawsuit frivolous, saying then that 'early bird' specials and allowing kids to eat free would also be discrimination, based on age.

i mean...as a guy, it does suck that there isn't guys nite...but at the same time, whatever it takes to get the ladies to the club, right? otherwise there'd just be a bunch of doods hanging out, bumping into each other awkwardly.
do i want to get in free and get drink specials or whatevers? of course. at the cost of ladies being present? heck no. this guy is a fool. -
It's interesting how people scream when things are 'unfair' (sexism, ageism, nepotism...pick your -ism). But in reality we want things to be unfair. If all things were fair it would be such a drag. Why not just agree we are different and go from there? Why do we need so much equality when what we strive for is independence?
