Is Senator Hilary Clinton too wrinkly to be our next president?
Not that Giuliani and Fred Thompson are anything to look at, but Rush says aging men look better and more distinguished than aging women.
Wow Rush - are you saying that we shouldn't vote for a woman president because they won't look good on TV and that will some how cause the nation harm?
Rush Says:
"There is this thing in this country that, as you age - and this is particularly, you know, women are hardest hit on this, and particularly in Hollywood - America loses interest in you, and we know this is true because we constantly hear from aging actresses, who lament that they can't get decent roles any more."
What do you think folks? Is Limbaugh's misogynist rant out of control or do you think Americans are this shallow?

clinton is still the wrong choice not because she is old and ugly but because bush and clinton have been doing the same things in office and they both lie to us even thought bill clintons was amusing they still attack the same place its time for a change i want out of Iraq and even Iran bill and his wife will keep us there personally i would like to see my man ron paul in office...

Limbaugh should be publically disemboweled
-
This is conservative commentary to a whole new level of disgust and stupidity. Irreproachable.

To me, wrinkles = wisdom. I would prefer to have Edwards in the whitehouse, but it has nothing to do with how he looks. Jeeesh! Can we please skip the ignorant surface qualities and get down to the important nuts and bolts? What are the policy differences? The media should focus on the important relevant issues, not meaningless perception issues.
-
yes, we are that shallow.
-
as long as she covers it up with some Martin Van Buren-style sideburns, she should be OK...
-
Hey, I'd rather she was wrinkly than looking like some plastic freak of nature!
-
It all depends whether she'd be any fun to have a beer with really.
-
She looks better than Jocelyne Wildenstein.
-
she looks like a worm.

You guys are so deliciously terrible. You make me laugh when you bring up people like Joan or Catwoman. LOL
Rush is so yesterday! Who gives a flying leap what he has to say anymore, at least in my world.
But you guys make coming to this website a pleasure to read your comments. Thank you.
Oh and I agree with whoever said "yes, we are that shallow."

People listen to Rush Limbaugh?

Qualifications are more important than wrinkles - not that I am taking a position.

Yes Rush Limbaugh is that soft in the head. It's not just an optical illusion.
This is the funniest part:
"We see people starving themselves. "
Ha, yeah. That's exactly what the average American does.

Wrinkles, especially those caused by smiles, are not ugly. Apparently, their shape and the age at which they will develop are inscribed in our DNA, although too much exposure to sunlight will hasten their appearance. I am of the same age as Hillary, and I hardly have any wrinkles at all, which is something I inherited from my father's side of the family. I also smile a lot. :)

. . . and yes, Limbaugh's misogynist rants are out of control and always have been. Leave it to him to even bring the subject up. But to both of you who brought it up, yes again . . . many of us are that shallow.
-
Since when are wrinkles involved with political decision-making? Can society refocus our priorities again?
-
In 2004, John Edwards was too young. Ralph Nader, a little bit mad. Now Hilary Clinton's too old.
Tell me, is this how Americans vote for their presidents? Coz now, I'm worried.

Ha! Some do Vincy - but you should have been worried LONG before now! ;-)

Whats really scary is that some people actually LISTEN to Rush Limbaugh. as sad as it is, he is influencing how some people see our candidates. someone out there will go to the voting booth and think "clinton's old and ugly and i won't vote for her"
rush is an idiot, and doesn't need to have the power he unfortunately has over some people in this country. he can kiss my ass!-

I don't know--to some degree it makes sense because people are too foolish to really think up real reasons why they should vote for someone and may base their opinion just off of looks. Whether this just applies to Americans, I don't know. I just know Hilary is a bad candidate because her "policies" are too contrary.
