Why I Will Never Fly United Again

Flights cancelled both ways during our holiday trip caused us hours of time on the phone with barely intelligible reservation agents. They're blaming the cancellations on "weather," but it sounds like it may really be due to poor management. We received automated voicemails "apologizing for the inconvenience" of the cancellations, with no number to call or advice on what to do next. No other business could get away with this type of service. Boycott United!
