    • Kida0383 you said it right. We can't continue to make the same mistakes over and over. We can only show people what democracy is. If they see it and want it they have to fight for it themselves we can't fight their battles for them...In the end, don't you think it would mean more to the people of Pakistan and other countries if they fought for it?

    • While the United States is hopelessly mired in Iraq I don't believe there is anything that our military can do in response to President Musharraf's dictatorship in Pakistan. I think this is probably a good thing, let the Pakistani people continue to rally and mobilize around the death of this remarkable woman and take democracy for themselves if they want it. It is not for the United States to force an American vision of democracy into this unstable region.... I think we've seen how that works out.
