I JUST READ SOME bulleting on Myspace about GOD being Black. And Here is what I think!>>>


In My OPINION NO I DO NOT BELIEVE GOD IS BLACK BECAUSE I DO NOT BELIEVE GOD HAS A COLOR. I BELIEVE WHEN THE BIBLE SAYS HE MADE US IN HIS OWN IMAGE IT DOESN'T MEAN PHYSICAL APPEARANCE RATHER SPIRITUAL. BECAUSE IF THAT WAS THE CASE HE'D BE A GIANT RAINBOW!!!!

AND IF HE IS WHITE OR BLACK or PURPLE w/ yellow polka dots WHAT DOES IT MATTER. WOULD YOU PRAISE HIM ANY LESS BECAUSE OF IT???

  • But is God even a "he" or a person as we like to imagine God to be? Or is God really just the "I Am" (the response given to Moses when Moses wanted a name) and all our attempts to name and define God are really us trying to just confine God to what we we like and feel comfortable with, to try and put put God in a box?

  • Whya don't you ask him? He's supposed to answer everything you ask him, right. Next time you guys sit down to pray, ask him in your most earnest voice: "O mighty lord, what color are you?"

  • when i picture god i think of a contractor drivin a f-350 with a atv in the bed while hes towin 4 jetski's dude. yeah thats a ral god right there dude.

  • Who knows how god trully is? all i know is he is so mamazing and knows all things. and i agree about him making us in his own image in a spiritual way.
