The great thing about ab training is that the exercises are startlingly easy to do. Unlike exercises for the larger muscle groups like the legs, chest, or back, abdominal exercises don?t require heavy weights.

    I thought this artical was going to tell you the 5 best . lol . Well i guess a couple from my old routines would be.

    Basic sit ups. making sure the knees are bent and the head is in a constant position. Your crunching ur abs not trying to kiss them. haha .

    Leg raises for the lower abs. lay on ur back with ur hands by ur sides or above ur head where ever u feel comfortable , then raise the straight legs off the ground about 1 foot on a 5 count. then lower on a 5 count. to make this harder up the count and dont touch the floor on the down count.

    Crunch . this is a combo of legs and body meeting in the middle. hands on the side of ur head NOT THE BACK , then raise ur body like a sit up with ur head in a constant position. do this at the same time as bending the legs in and making ur knees come up to ur elbows. http://z.about.com/d/exercise/1/0/k/O/BOSUcrunch-1.JPG
