19 Year Old Gets 3 DUI Arrests in less than a month!

From Dec 14 to Jan 1 Anthony Maher broke the record for most arrests for DUI in Santa Clara County. On two of the arrests his BAC was .20 or higher!

  • As the wife of a man who was in the car with a drunk driver as a teenager and has been a paraplegic for the last 41 years because of the accident resulting from a young man's recklessness while driving drunk, I feel this young man needs to be permanently removed from the highways of this country....he should spend a month in the emergency room of a large city daily witnessing the results of accidents caused by drunk drivers, followed by a month of daily visits to the county morgue and then several months providing service of emptying legbags, cleaning up bowel movements , etc of people in rehab hospitals. All of this can also be done without his body jewelry. He is a menace to society in his present state.

  • george bush got a dui in the early 70's when they would walk you home if you had to. Let's not talk about all the eight balls he smelled.

    so what if he has three,
    he's got problems just like any human in the world.

    Other than assholes there is other things we have in common, and that is problems.

    he did not kill any one so he's o.k.

    i would like to see first one to throw a stone and declare themselves perfect.

  • i have no sympathy for drunk drivers. especially young drunk drivers because it's become a trend with my generation. kids actually come to school on Monday mornings and BRAG about how they drove drunk on the weekend! lets be thankful he didn't kill anyone and that he's off the road!!

  • So, on the first arrest, it was marked as a misdemeanor and he got his license taken away and was given a temporary license. Then, when his BAC was 2.5 times the legal limit, and he only had a temporary license, was his temporary license taken away and was he just issued another temp license? I'd have to say, if you've got a BAC as high as his, and you've been driving drunk a lot, you should not have any bail, you should have some time in jail so you can think about what you're doing. In this case, some kinda rehab or counseling should be in order too.
