With more and more people on the planet, and rising countries such as China and India placing more demand on the world's resources--will there be enough stuff to go around?

Can the world really run out of water? Two-thirds of the Earth is covered in water and the Pacific Ocean is deeper than the height of Mount Everest!

Now that the primarys have come to about its half way point, here in the U.S. I hear less and less about the environment and more talk around war and economy. It feels more and more like the political leaders keep pushing this issue down. It is up to us, the people, to keep the environment at the top of the importance list. I live in New Hampshire and continue to feel that people are too selfish to their "wants" to let go of any of them. Corporations promote this "selfishness" and do so using media as the venue, most often.
I thank you current.com for giving the voice back to the people. This is where change happens. The voice and actions of the people is what will bring change. Each of us needs to take a look at our actions and make changes in our lives to start and help the enivironment. Easiest way is to cut down if not stop buying products that are destructive to our planet.
Thank you again Current.com
