You can install Wikipedia in its entirety on your ipod, and it only takes up 1.7GB of space. The Wikipedia file is updated approximately once every 6 months so you won't have the most up-to-date version but hey it's free and Mongolia isn't going to change their capital anytime soon.

Wikipedia is good, but the US Constitution is better (in theory).
I put the constitution on my iPod using the directions on this site.
Now, how 'bout them amendments?
