It is my prediction. Despite their remarkable journalistic integrity, Fox has ordained Mitt Romney as our next president--in every debate, interview, criticism of opponents--they know Romney is the political, military, and social conservative--the best bet for the Republicans this year. Secondly, they are behind Giuliani.
Like it or not Romney and Giuliani survive.
Watch and argue.

FAUX is the most dishonest network in broadcast television. Their only viewers have already had their Kool-Aid so FAUX is really a non-issue except in helping to shape the already-indoctrinated minds of the party faithful.

Oh, Inofuilwell, you are so naive, Fox is a meta-power, it shows where the power is and where the power would like to sway the voter. Watch Fox, use your brain, and see where they pushing and being pushing. Despite the odds that Huckabee, McCain, and Guiliani present-- Fox is using their power to push for Romney. Why--is a good question?
-
Whoever FAUX pushes is NOT going to win in November - Period. You give them WAY too much credit. Paul and Edwards are the only two candidates that would fight the establishment. Obama and Clinton are part of the problem in Washington.
Instead of wondering why they like a certain candidate, why not spend your time trying to wake up people to the greed and corruption that has started an illegal war and is threatening to add a War on Iran.
Anyone who won't immediately bring the troops home and who won't start tackling the "Corporatism" that has turned the U.S. into a fascist state that serves only the wishes of large corporations, doesn't deserve our vote.
Mussolini knew that the merging of government and big business was the most sustainable type of fascism possible and THAT is exactly where Bush and Cheney have aimed America. The parties DO NOT matter. Until business is prohibited from influencing government more than private citizens can, we will be headed down that slippery slope to a totalitarian FASCIST STATE.-

"Paul and Edwards are the only two candidates that would fight the establishment. Obama and Clinton are part of the problem in Washington."
....and Kucinich would do it best.

I wish with all my heart that Kucinich were electable.
Paul and Edwards are similarly challenged but Edwards has at least cracked the double digit mark in popularity and in primary election results.
The good thing? We have a long way to go. The bad thing(s) - more time for big money and big media to "package" their candidates in a way that will convince those who pay so little attention but are still "allowed" to vote.
Do you ever daydream as I do and fathom the possibility that if you were given the the power to MAKE Bush, Cheney, Murdoch, O'Reilly, the entire FAUX "News" Channel and all the religious zealots sit down in one room and force them to watch the film clips and read the posts and weblogs we see?
Sometimes I do and I guess I'm such an idealist that I believe making them do that would actually force them to have some sort of an epiphany and that they would quickly change their minds.
However, at that point, something stirs within me and I begin to dwell on what really makes Rove, Cheney, Bush, Limbaugh, Murdoch, O'Reilly and the rest of the radicals, zealots and Neo-cons tick.
The end result of that day dream is that I wind up realizing that sadly, they are just basically incapable of such empathy but it still soothes me to think that it actually would matter. It would be pleasant to imagine their face as the LIGHT BULB went on in their tiny little heads.
When I'm thinking in such a manner it doesn't take long for the sounds and feelings of reality begin to awake me from my pleasant meanderings of thought.
As the world's happenings again begin sinking in, one of the last things i think about is the possibility that there really is a God who sees how so many have hijacked what I'm certain a God would allow.
My daydream isn't over because as I ponder why he allows all the bad things to happen to innocent people, I then see a vision of a God that may only be willing or capable of "generally" shaping history.
It is at that point that I see such a Spirit gazing upon the world and saying, "You know, it looks like it's time I planned for a pandemic or a giant meteor to make an appearance on Earth."
Then when I am almost fully awake, I wonder what sins the dinosaurs committed. That exercise usually results in end of my daydream. At that point, I grab a paper or logon to the internet and get upset all over again.
Vicious circle, huh?-

The point of the post was to elicit other critical Fox News viewers to discern if my hunch was verifiable with their own intuitions. Rush thinks Romney is the best and I think the Murdoch troops do as well. The best meaning he is the most electable.
This post has nothing to do with Kucinich or God, for fucks sake. -
What we have here is a failure to communicate....You say .you want to elicit other "critical Fox News viewers".....
That request may be impossible by virtue of what you meant.
Did you mean to say you wanted opinions from people who "were critical of Fox News" or did you mean to say you wanted opinions from viewers who exercised "critical thought" but who watch Fox News.
The reason I'm asking this is because I think we may be dealing with an oxymoron in that "critical thinkers" don't watch the FAUX "News Channel except to pick up on the stupid and dishonest trends Rupert and Roger have the anchors trying to sell to the Evangelicals and Neo-cons.
Now if you are asking those of us who are critical of the dishonesty evident at the FAUX "News" Channel what we think of their pushing a certain candidate, I've already answered that I don't think it matters who they are selling this year. He won't be elected unless Deibold can figure out a way to manage it.
And if that happen, the revolt will be underway.
So I guess what I'm saying is that FAUX again blew another news story when they had a shrinking timeline on the "inevitability" of Carville and Begala joining the Clinton Campaign so they are a "non-factor" to all the truly critical thinkers except in the area of comic relief.
FAUX is about as believable as those Creation Science teachers who have to throw out carbon-dating before they can teach kids that the Great Flood formed the Grand Canyon and that somehow Noah forgot the dinosaurs.
BTW, I've heard of people saying for Pete's and Christ's sake but just who is this F#ck guy to whom you are referring?-
