Thieves Steal a Bridge!
Russian thieves have taken stealing to a monumental level by stealing a 200-tonne steel bridge without anyone batting-an-eyelid.
The 38ft structure in Khabarovsk in the east of the country, allegedly vanished overnight.
A Russian heating plant that used the bridge as it's sole entrance and exit route have responded by saying that replacing the bridge would be ten times the value of the scrap metal that had been stolen. They plan to replace the bridge with one made of concrete.
If the thieves can steal 200 tonnes of metal, I don't think a concrete one is gonna be that much of a challenge for them! I want to know how they did it, it's not the sort of thing you can slip up your jumper and skirt past security.
