Made In China, Recalled In Britain

The number of dangerous and faulty products recalled in Britain hit a record last year, with imports making up for 22% of the product recalls in 2007. It's not just toys that turn into date rape drugs either. It's also food, drink, everyday items like toothpaste and pharmaceuticals.
The solution seems easy to me: Stop outsourcing manufacturing. Stop importing dodgy crap from China and other overseas companies just because it's cheap.
