An Australian teenager is facing a $20,000 bill from police, after his party on Saturday night got out of control. Victoria Police were called in to break up the party after 500 teens became rowdy and violent at the party in the Melbourne suburb of Narre Warren. Party goers vandalized the street and threw bottles at police cars. It took 30 police officers, the dog squad and the police helicopter to disperse the crowd.
