The award winning musical will be leaving Broadway in June.
So sad...
I know this show from beginning to end. I guess I'll just have to reenact in the shower.

Don't get me wrong. I enjoyed Rent, and felt the show was inovative and compelling.
But, every show has to close at some point.
Rent's run far exceed expections. But all the stunt casting that it been doing simply to keep the show going. It's too much. There comes a time when even the best stunt casting, or bringing back the original cast can't sustain the ticket sales needed.
While I'm sad to see the show close. It's time to put this one to bed.... until it's ready for a revival in years to come.-
