Bull penis is available in New YOrk. Go to St. Mark's Place between 2nd and 3rd and go to the restaurant w/t the giant raccoon in the front. Unfortunately, no raccoon penis is available in the restaurant

Regarding the Russian airplane flight. I flew in this same type of plane and what the passengers thought was smoke was, in fact, a fine water mist that is a part of the air conditioning system. I was also nervous when I first saw it.

I liked learning about he Vanguard team however I don't find odd food stories interesting (but many people must because they're all over the TV these days)

As an avid Current viewer and fan, I am extremely disappointed with your choice to mockingly show the consumption of animal penis on television, especially on your hard-hitting, investigative journalism segment, "Vanguard". I find this to be a total disregard for China's rampant animal-rights violations. In the U.S. many of the shown food items are illegal and for good reason. Animal cruelty is not a laughing matter, and as a vegetarian I can tell you that I was deeply offended. I am sure that many of your other vegetarian viewers, and I'm sure there are plenty, were also angered. You have a great dedication to covering China's human rights violations that should be applauded, but you need to extend this to animal rights in China as well. China is one of the worst offenders and undoubtedly many of the animals whose penises were cooked and eaten by Adam were underfed, abused and kept in tiny boxes or killed in an inhumane fashion. During CNN's "Planet in Peril" special they used honest investigative journalism to expose this disgusting, immoral industry in China that serves rare and exotic meats, including penis. CNN has clearly done a better job than you in this arena because they discussed the complete illegality of such products and you laugh about it. Your environmental agenda, which I applaud and commend you for, needs to extend to meat consumption. Please stop airing the penis pod, or at least discuss the animal rights violations involved. I was also offended by the use of lime juice to kill muscles while they were alive. These foods may be cultural traditions, that may "compliment Chinese mens' vitality" but that does not mean that they should be celebrated in such a reckless way. Please hold yourselves to the same journalistic standards as CNN and report the animal rights violations of China and do not purchase and further these disgusting, inhumane products and mentalities. The fact of the matter is this is not, "just food," and not, "meat like any other meat." It was someone's penis. The "disconnect" should not be expanded by Current. If Current is truly an environmentally friendly network that wishes to advance the rights of humans and nature, then this "disconnect" should be obliterated and you should make the connection between China's gross animal rights violations and the "food" on your dish. Thank you for taking the time to consider my complaint. I enjoy your programming normally and you are my favorite network.

I, too, am a vegetarian. However, I don't think is your place to comment on current's television.
First of all, China does have a cruel meat industry, but so does the US. However, I do not see you commenting on pods in disgust when they feature or show someone sitting down consuming a burger or chicken (all which were also treated poorly). So instead of being caught up in the fact that Adam is consuming an animal-based food, or that these animals were probably treated poorly, I feel like your getting caught up in the fact that a) he's consuming ox, goat, and donkey and b) penis, because these animals and this particular body part have a western stigma about them. Both the US and China have cruel industries. We just consume different parts of different animals.

I don't really feel it is your place to criticize judgement on an entire culture for consuming meats that to you seem exotic (for example, penis) when I don't feel you would write a huge long rant if this pod were about your own culture and adam was eating a burger.

Ox meat is meat like any other meat. None of the animals he consumed are going extinct any time soon. Ox isn't much different than cow.

I too am a vegetarian (for a multitude of reasons- but one of them being cruelty to animals) however I wasnt offended by this pod. I disagree with the consumption of meat, and I wish Adam wouldn't, but it's his desicion to make.

I feel it's inappropriate when people try to get me to eat meat again, so i won't do the same- i won't try to get people to go vegetarian unless they ask me about it, or if they are interested.

i found this pod actually really interesting, because I am soon doing a homestay in china.

I understand that the meat consumed in this pod is no different than any other meat. I could easily, and would like to write "long rants" whenever I see Current showing or encouraging meat consumption in the U.S. of hamburgers or any other meat and I do on many occasions, but we have to acknowledge the fact that most people, who are omnivorous, do not care if a hamburger or cow is eaten, but most people do find this type of meat to be "gross", "stigmatized" and "unethical". Because of the fact that all people, even meat-eaters may find this pod disgusting I feel it is a good starting place. I don't want to bother the heck out of everyone on a hamburger pod mostly because (there are a lack of hamburger pods, especially those produced by Current, and most people would ignore my comment) much like you say you don't try to convince people to become a vegetarian. Meat in the U.S. is just as unethical and wrong and that is why I am a vegetarian, but this pod, simply because it is of a different culture and meat source, does not make it exempt from my criticism. This kind of flagrant, arrogant consumption of "exotic" meats degrades animals to a level of something "new to try" and their penises as nothing more than an exotic flavor from a different country. This is the type of meat consumption that seems unethical to many omnivores and vegetarians alike and can therefore be a starting place for discussion. I'm sorry if you were offended by my comment, but I was offended by this pod.

I was cringing when I watched this. I got a spring roll at a place we went to eat one time and I told my friend it looked like a condom and I couldn't eat it. There's no way I could have ate penis. None.

For Amazing Race and a million dollars, sure. But because I was dared to? Nah.

Saying, "It goes down easily", in this piece, several times, made it very difficult to forget that he was in fact, eating a penis platter. All I can say ladies, is that at least there was sauce to make it taste better.
