Reporters ignore global warming

The League of Conservation Voters has determined that since January of 2007, the Sunday talk show hosts have asked the candidates a total of 2,830 questions. Of those, only 4 have mentioned global warming! This is about the same amount of questions that have been posed about UFOs! Why does the media ignore this issue?

Go to this website to sign a petition calling for these reporters to reflect the public's growing concern over the threat of climate change and ask the candidates what they plan to do about it. Most of the questions these guys pose are about immigration, and I for one believe that the future of the entire planet and whether the human race will survive the next century is just a little bit more important. If you agree, sign the petition!

  • I can't believe that we still continue to ignore this problem. The world will fight back and soon. If we continue to over populate and rape the world of what she offers she will fight back and kill us off so that she can survive. I'm sure global warming is an issue but it has also been said that the sun is getting hotter. Something to look up that's all i'm saying.

  • Global warming cannot be stopped, it is already happening and it will continue. The question is, can we slow it down. If we do nothing, the world will be a very different place 100 years from now. But if we all take steps to reduce our own carbon emissions maybe we can minimize the damage before its too late.

  • So called global warming is fake nothing more then the Earth natural cycle, get over it and look in to the past, the ice age was a part of the cycle and its starting to get to the point where the Earth cycle need to reset which mean another ice age. Unless you are saying ancient civilizations were driving cars and burning fossil fuels way back when the current theory about global warming is a big HOAX!!!! The Cycle is unbreakable can never be stopped.

  • Like I said before the sun is getting hotter folks. Kami you are right we can't stop the natural cycle of the earth, but if we do continue to rape her and take her for all she's got then she will kill us off mark my words. She will have to defend herself. It's like what tommy said we can't stop it but we can atleast change our ways to better protect the world we live in.
