A professional parachutist who tried to jump off the Empire State Building in 2006 filed a $30 million lawsuit on Tuesday against the Empire State Building Company.
The parachutist, Jeb Corliss, 31, accused the building's agents of defaming his character, unlawfully imprisoning him on the observation deck by shackling him to a fence when he tried to jump and causing him emotional distress and lost income.

Take a look at this Raw Intel pod from the incident in question. Do you think Corliss has a case?

Next time they should let him jump...without a parachute.
