Shame on the school board for cancelling Nobel laureate Running's talk that was to inspire young people in math and science and open their minds to a crisis they must know about and deal with. And it was cancelled simply to bow to the whims of a few ignorant conservatives who cannot do anything but place their political biases over education and truth. What a disgrace.

The world is changing but some people are so frightened they cannot face reality. The student didn't get an education in global warming but they did learn that some in their community act like scared little children.
