Most people expect the majority of hispanics to support illegal immigration, but as a Hispanic, born and raised here in the USA, I'm totally against it. I feel that it's affecting our country in more negative ways than others, and one of the greatest impacts that it's having is on our workforce. Most illegals HAVE to acquire some form of illegal identity in order to work here, and I myself was a victim of identity theft by an illegal. I personally had to track down this person, pay a visit to him, and turn him into the authorities. Otherwise, nothing was being done to stop this person and he would have continued to operate and work here in the U.S. illegally. This has got to stop. Our next President needs to put his foot down and help put a stop to this.

my response to this is that
we all need to stop being so bias and put our selves in their positions.... Hispanic immigrants are living in a 3rd world country inwhich they dont have hardly anything.
they work their butts off and earn very little to support them and their families... meanwhile they can come to america and earn the same amount of income in 1 day from working here than they would in 2 weeks in their homeland.
if americans could go and earn more money easier in mexico and send the money we make there and give it to our needing families here then you would have tons doing it in a heartbeat...
if i were a construction foreman looking for labor and i had to choose between a black man a white man or a mexican... i would mostly likely hire the person that is going to work the hardest for my company which would most likely be a hard working mexican.
the truth is, is that americans are lazy and no one wants to hire them. welfare has been turning us into lazy slobs.
...hope you like...-

Yo Jupiterspring. I agree with everything you've said, except where you talk about it being ok for Mexicans crosssing our border illegally and working here. Again, I'll remind you that I myself am Hispanic and understand the plight of the people in Mexico. However, there are legal ways to work in this country and one of them is to not come here and steal someone's identity (social security number, ID, etc.) to get that job. You have no idea how many family and friend members that are here illegally, and because they are family, it is difficult to hold any ONE position on this issue. But overall, we've got to control this problem, stop the ongoing identity theft, control the strain that illegal immigrants are putting on our hospital systems without paying, and so forth.
On another note, Mexico needs an overhaul within their political system and learn to take care of its people. Because the system and government there is so corrupt, the development of that country has never taken place, thus resulting in the whole country wanting to run to America. On top of that, America is the greatest country in the world, and yes, I would be the first one in line to come here for the shot of a more prosperous life. I'd be the hardest worker too, and that's only because I'm Hispanic. It's in our blood. hehe. thanks for the response.-

If illegals decide to cross the border, they need to be accountable for breaking the law, not just people of South American, all illegals. Why should we give exception to people from mexico? Because most will take jobs that noone else wants? If people want to live here, they need to follow the proper steps, apply for a citizenship, and lean to read, write, and speak english. I am tired of the fact that we allow hispanics more freedom about immigrating than other countries. I used to live in Texas and you walk into the dmv and they print all signs in english and spanish. Why are certain groups given priority? It is not like if your a Russian immigrant, you don't get to press 2 for Russian, and you certainly can't take the drivers test at the dmv in Russian. If we are going to accept immigrants then everyone needs to be treated equal. and it needs to be if you want to be a citizen you have to know the language!

Being as though you love your race, I have to assume that you investigated the entire workforce working on your highways and discovered that 99% of them are illegal immigrants. If you dont mind me asking how did you go about performing this census ????

Yo big. Thanks for the response. If you noticed in the video, I stated that "it APPEARS as though 99% of the workforce . . . ". There's no consensus, just an observation. The number of hispanics working on our roadways outnumbers that of blacks, whites, asians, etc. The landscaping business alone is dominated by hispanics, with many of those employees probably working here illegally.

TRY THIS HOLLYWOOD SOLUTION-
1) “THREES COMPANY”-
No alien or child of an alien ever gets citizenship benefits. Fingerprint and Alien ID for any alien (to reduce illegal immigration incentive)
2) “HOME ALONE”-
No use of any mail or package carrier (to stop money sent home to support, import family) I have support from politicians on this and it doesn't cost anything
3) “SOUTH OF THE BORDER”-
Fingerprint and issue $1000 coupon, or whatever it takes, at the border to cash far INSIDE Mexico (enticement to REVERSE Hispanic immigration) Figure what it costs to keep one illegal alien here
4) “RISKY BUSINESS”-
Pay NAFTA to add benefits INSIDE Mexico (less need to immigrate) Build hospitals, maybe Walmart? DEEP inside Mexico.
This about ILLEGAL aliens. Legal immigration is controlled. See, "This Land is My Land." Most boundaries are controlled. See, "Oh, Canada." Even free speech is controlled, "Speak now or forever hold your peace." We are very accepting people. We just will not be raped
We can’t stop a river that’s already here but we can build a dam to control it. The river is the money that the illegal aliens want
1Tim 6:10 "For the (longing for) money is a root of all kinds of evil"
Gal 5:14 "For the entire law is fulfilled in one statement: You shall love your neighbor as yourself"
This is a time for self-discipline. The discipline(teaching) of others needs to be controlled and fair. We should treat illegal aliens like the neighbor's child throwing a temper tantrum on our lawn. Ignore him and he will go away. If he behaves, he can visit. If he behaves, give him food. If he behaves, tell him he's welcome to come back again.
Matt 7:6 "Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces."
This is about breaking the law. If we choose to break the law we should be able to break a law that benefits ourselves as well. Better to spend some money on improving conditions in their homeland. It would give them incentive to stay home and "not break the law" and it would benefit more people. -
yeah, ya know...it's great to be having these sympathy pangs for others - truly, it it...but if you really feel badly about a Mexican worker IN mexico - then try contacting the Mexican government or the Red Cross or any one of the slue of International organizations that help with foreign labor disputes...
The fact is, illegal immigrants are ILLEGAL...They shouldn't be here. If they want citizenship - they can apply for it legally. There are channels...People will say "it's too expensive for a poor mexican to immigrate" - sadly, that's NOT our problem. Mexico is poor, but so are many - many other countries...We can't give handouts to all of them...The end result here is that the Illegals are taking jobs from Americans...Maybe the Mexicans DO work harder - maybe we Americans are lazy - that doesn't mean that we should tell Americans who want to work that they can't because they've given all the job openings to people more willing to work for less wages. That's the reason why our economy is crap right now. Not enough Americans are working on American goods. Our industry is old and tired - our businesses move to other countries...
We've come to the point where it is no longer sustainable for the United States to tell the world "give us your poor, your tired, your huddled masses"...It can't continue at this rate...It's sad - i'm an Idealist as well, and would love for the U.S. to be able to solve everyones problems and everyone can get along - but the reality of it is that sometimes, we need to look after our own. -
The illegal immigrants say we the are lazy people and we hate to work, they treat most of us from the U.S. badly at work. they talk back even if we are the management and call us names like we are nothing very disrespectful to us, have you ever worked with some of them not only from Mexico but Cuba, Honduras , Guatemala. Most buy or take are identity. On Saturday I had a man from here. Hispanic young man around 30 years old grab my wallet. How do I no he was Hispanic because I talked to him first before he grab it and ran with my I.D. SSN , $250.00 in cash and credit cards, debit cards. In lest then 24 hours he had took , 1.185.00 out of my bank cards. And sold my I.D. to someone from Mexico to work in the u s a. how do I no because the police told me someone from the gas station down the street said he had sold it to someone from Mexico . It needs to stop. I am a Hispanic woman. If you think it is o.k. poor Mexican people and all other people who come over illegally who are not Born in the U.S. trust me they don’t give a squat about you. I married a man from Mexico. I Help him get his papers and he stole my stuff and beat the hell out of me and ran off with some woman from Mexico and said all women from the US are no good, we are trash . We in the U.S.A. get used. If you feel it is o.k. Then go give them your I.D. and SSN so you can help one work here. And see how it feels. I bet you will not do it.
