im pretty sure this would completely trample basic civil liberties / human rights...and violate a number of international laws, and probably cause a few prison riots, and just seems like a reeeeally bad idea.

    • yes it does violate human/individual rites but what else can they do, there are so many bad people out there.
but if this is what it takes to lower the violent percentages down then thats what you have to do.

    • Come on, this is meant to be the 21st century. Where are the exploding neck-braces prisoners are meant to be wearing?

Or a least a tracking device in their bodies that can cause intense intestinal pain when a violation of the prison's rules are made, as seen in the quality Christopher Lambert film 'Fortress'.

      Come on science, step up.

A person says or does 2 much that bothers those in power...So those in power "SET UP" this person 2 be imprisioned...W/ this RFID chip then they can track this person...& even change up the info on this chip 2 do more "set up" and basicly imprison/silence them 4 life...NOT GOOD, PEOPLE!!! This lil chip thing is how there gonna monitor/control us...I'm sry but I WILL DIE b4 I agree 2 that.......~When no1 but your soul comands u, then u are truely FREE!!!!!!!!!!!~ *Pure TRUTH*True PEACE*Total LOVE/UNDERSTANDING*
