  • The worst burger I ever ate was in Tootsie's, for £9.95! And the best? Home-made, all the way baby! I'm a huge fan of gourmet food and complicated recipes, but burgers are just one of those things you have to keep simple. Expensive burger chains mess about with the basic premise of the elementary nice meat, stuffing things like apples and beetroots into the recipe, in a desperate bid to make them posher, but it all just goes horribly wrong.
