This is the footage, that day i got back from New Orleans in Nov. 1 2005.
I Jeffrey Cappell, was very thankful for not losing my house, but most of this is footage, is only two blocks away from my house. Its a sad thing, but the sadder part is that some of these things house still look like this and now its 2008.

  • What happened to all the millions of dollars that was raised to help restore New Orleans? Any idea whose pockets it wound up in? It's obvious it didn't make it into the hands of the people it was designated for, if it had, New Orleans would be much farther along in it's reconstruction than it is. My final question; why isn't the media getting behind this and blowing fire down the politicians necks by demanding accountability for the lack of improvement, and obvious misappropriation of said funds? Sounds like a bureaucratic version of "obstruction of justice" to me.

  • If there is a saying for new orlean's it would be "obstruction of Justice" that is all this city is.
