I advocate strong education over "don't murder people", I noticed that people still murder people.

I have a similar stance on drugs, and everything else which society deems wrong, but noticed that it still happens.

I also try and educate kids to not get hit by cars, but low and behold, they still do.

We can have high education on issues and still have that education fail somewhere in our massive population. In fact we'd be silly to think that education can stop the problem in it's tracks. Surely a combination is therefore a better option since we will always "have to make the decision"

Show graphic videos of abortion to high school students. They will think twice before having unprotected sex.

Graphic videos of sex are far more commonly viewed and accessible by teenagers (and the population in general). I doubt one mandatory viewing at public school will drown any teenage libido or override millions of images of unprotected sex that is glorified by television, movies and pornography.

The teach sex education in the UK at really young age, and it seemed to lower teen pregnancies.
