    it really is amazing how believable that "story" is...

    I always assumed that the pres. spoke that way he does tactically...like, if he says something totally baffling, it's to get people caught up in his words...so, everyone is so busy saying, "WTF", that they miss what he actually said...

    although, that may be giving him too much credit.

    someone once said that if you put a hundred chimps in a room with typewriters - eventually they'd type the words of shakespeare - course if the just wrote G.W.s speaches, it'd take allot less time...
