This is great for Ms. Rae but what does it mean for the Idaho Film Community? hope film incentives and locations for filming will actually be for promotion of LOCAL FILM TALENT. On the other hand, she is one of the people responsible for the TRUE WEST CINEMA FESTIVAL. Congratulations, Ms. Rae!
