Shot at Lollapalooza, "All Eyes On My Morning Jacket" featuring the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra enlisted the help of the band and their fans to shoot footage of My Morning Jacket's festival performance using digital cameras and cell phones from hundreds of angels.

The Fader gave All Eyes On MMJ some love...

"Current TV... is expanding its content into the world of music (and the world of The FADER mega-favorites) tonight with the premiere of All Eyes on My Morning Jacket, a video of the Jacket's performance with the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra at last year's Lollapalooza. The video was created out of hundreds of fans' videos and photos from both cameras and phones. It debuts at 10pm EST tonight, but you can watch the above teaser to get an idea of what to expect."

Really moving... shows a very different side to MMJ that I hadn't seen. Well, actually about a few 100 different sides.

    Nicely done.

Fuck yeah guys, this pod was just as good as seeing them live on New Years. My favorite parts are 1.seeing Perry with the flip. 2. Becky in the orchestra and 3. all of the footage by Erik from San Francisco. respect. tg

...talk about collective journalism, that was awesome. A great use of all that technology we all carry in our pockets. A great sense of actually being there.
