This is an interesting look at the ballot chain of custody. If criminal, it is at least extremely negligent. And pretty shocking. Watch both parts. Link to part two below.

There's so much in government (and life) that makes the basic assumption that people are good and don't cheat in elections. When these ladies make the opposite assumption, it sure shows a light on weaknesses in the original assumption.

Yet nothing is going to happen to anyone actually responsible for this gross negligence. Maybe this video needs to be sent to the tv stations during election time?

NH Secretary of State, Bill Gardner (Pt.2) looks a lot like a deer in the headlights. (gulp).

I'm still a bit confused about what actually happens to these ballots, but that in itself makes a statement about how mismanaged it all is.
