This is the basis for a speed dating event, started by a New York entrepreneur, that brings together "Sugar mamas" and "boy toys." Set to take place at Manhattan's 230 Fifth club on February 7, it has attracted more than just wealthy divorcees.

It's about time. Older ugly doods are always dating younger women and being "sugar daddies." Why can't women? If you were a "sugar mama" how would you feel having a "boy toy"?

    Seriously, this is funny, and I have seen that before. They have a website and I'll try to find it and link it.

    Now I'm "older" and date younger females, but in the early and mid 90s when I was on the younger tip, living in DC and working on Capitol Hill, I was approached by many older women, and even once was actively courted by a huge stealth operation trying to connect younger professionals like myself with older women in their 30s and 40s.

    This group would send their agents around to singles events, happy hours, parties, karaoke, and other social events, looking for young singe men. When they saw a younger unescorted man, their operative would give the guy her business card, then call repeatedly to try to set him up with older women. They really operated on the downlow and it wasn't common knowledge among the crowd I hung with. And these women were very aggressive and intent on meeting younger men!
