so no, there is no flashy link or snazzy video from youtube attached to this....just a shout out to a forum of seemingly intelligent, engaged, concerned americans:

is there anyone out there with me in believing that the primary/caucus system is totally broken?

on february 5th i, like many others, will head to my state's chosen forum (thankfully for me it is a caucus) to deliberate over and make a selection for who i feel should head up "my" party's presidential ticket....the problem is that i feel as though my right to have my voice heard has been restricted and even dictated by a select few other states (and the media, they are the pariahs here)....

is there anyone asking the question: why isn't there a national primary/caucus date? with the top three candidates facing a series of debates following that....and leading up to one final nation day when we "elect" a nominee.

the system is broken. it is my right to have my voice heard and having that ability taken from me by ABC, NBC, CNN and the good people of Iowa and New Hampshire seems terribly UN-democratic.

if someone out there knows of something happening to address this inequity please reply or do a follow-up post and enlighten me.
