This documentary is all about Race to the Moon for an alternative fule source (helium 3) thats twice as efficent and clean as current fosil fules. Its all true and India,Russia,china the usa and more packing for moon landing.
This video talks about helium 3 as fuel which is only found on earth as a byproduct of used wepons grade radioactive material.
