They work that is shown in the video is beautiful. It makes me sad to hear that they are judged solely upon the fact that they are legally blind, but it obviously does not affect their quality of work.

Being a photographer and watching this pod has opened my eyes (no pun intended) realizing that we take things for granted, and don't know what you have till it is gone. This pod shows that regardless of your situation, if you want something bad enough you can get it no matter what.

We are all guilty of judging others based on assumptions, it is more so when we encounter a person with "disability", I saw a headline the other day "Grace is thankful despite being blind", ok so since a person is blind they can't be thnkful, it's statements like that and many others that get under my skin, it saddens me of how quickly we discount others, in effect we have probably removed ourselves from meeting and getting to know a person who could have a great impact on our life, and us upon their life. All person have worth and value not for what they can or can not do but because they exists, all have abilities and gifts to offer. Our society is less for the many people we exclude from our lives and society. I constantly need to read stories such as these to help me remain open to learning from everyone and not doing the very thing I'm complaining about myself, it is easy to judge negatively and dismiss it takes effort to look beyond the exterior and persue relationships with others much more different from ourselves. Ok sorry for the long post, I really get long winded on this subject.
