According to her publicist, Eva Mendes has "issues" and has decided to take some "time off to proactively attend to some personal issues that, while not critical, she felt deserved some outside professional support."

According to TMZ, Mendes checked into a rehab facility in Utah for substance abuse.

    If a publicist sees the withering heights of free publicity that Britney gets for what amounts to being a mental, then it's only logical that she pulls out a huge red flashing arrow pointing at her client proclaiming,

    Celeb culture has taken a turn from bad to insanity. Watching peoples mental health collapse helps no-one but publicists like this one.
