  • They want to comment on the commercialization of art? Yet, look at what they are doing to street art? I think it's a cool idea, but something about it turns my stomach a little bit.

  • This is such an interesting group of artists, and I never would have guessed that this would be the next new use of technology. I love how they do the pricing. More than first come first serve it seems like first to appreciate gets the first price. And I don't think they are necessarily commenting on the commercialization of art, but are using these classic paintings defaced to scoff at the idea that most people say these pieces are great because everyone else does, and so the first person who thinks their art is worth buying is like being the first person to acknowledge a classic. I really like your editing too, cool effects. The only think I wanted to know was what do the people who own the buildings think about the art? But overall great pod.

  • This a a new twist on street art and it will probably take off. The artists have definitely put some thought into the art they make and have created a new experience and process for obtaining for creating, viewing, and purchasing art. I really like the way the story was told too. It took me to many places without confusing me and presented a little bit of conflict between the artists and the traditional/formal process behind buying art from a gallery. Props to the DOTMASTERS.

  • It seems like they're just ripping off masterpieces and making them into dots. I don't see any creativity or originality really.

  • Yeah, you're right, they're "just" ripping off masterpieces...like anyone who can play Chopin is "just" ripping him off. I remember seeing such "rip-offs" drawing Raphael "knock-offs" in chalk on the streets of Oviedo, Spain, literally in minutes, that were amazing...sure can't call them artists...they were "just" copies...You know, those dot painters were pretty crappy, too...like Seurat. Sure am glad you set us all straight on this. I made the great mistake to think that art can't be a rip-off of masterpieces...think maybe somebody should have told Picasso or Monet? Ah, but they were "just" not creative or original, really.
