Eight CCTV cameras have been connected to their own loudspeaker system. The voice of a camera operator will boom out across each park to tell off those causing a nuisance, committing low level crime and anti-social behaviour.

We have that where I am! If you cross the street when the stop hand is there it yells at you to stop crossing the street. It's ridiculous.

Thats over doing it. 8 cctvs with there own load speaker. What next, microphones and beanbag guns. Good thing I dont have those where I live at.

What happens when all low level crime violators tell off the camera? Will there be a social back lash against big brother bullying?
