I agree. There have been too many cases in recent years of Law Enforcement using similar sources on the web, and treating the information as "evidence". The fact is that anything found on the web, even a photo of a crime, is rarely able to be used against the defendant in the court. Often, it can only be used to "suggest the nature of the individual".
Of course, there is a simple way to avoid this situation. Stay smart online, and it can save you a lot of trouble.
