Happy Shrove Tuesday!

So today is Shrove Tuesday. Now what does that mean for the average person? Not much I suspect. But today our chef at work has put together an amazing lunch and I just finished eating a belgian waffle that included bacon which was dipped in chocolate.

Bacon. In chocolate.

Now I'd never heard of Shrove Tuesday before, but I am now a fan. Anyone else stuffed full of pancakes/waffles?
