Hola Douglas,
When you mention that the history of black country music ends with Charley pride I do disagree! There has been and there are many black country artist making records, getting awards, on tour (bill Pickett Rodeo etc) and trying to break this stereotype even when left aside by the Broadcast and recording industry. A case in point:-
