A year after MySpace launched its Spanish version, Facebook is throwing their sombrero into the multi-language social networking scene. As of February 8th, Facebook users can add the Spanish translation application to their accounts. Facebook execs say they took the application route rather than launching a whole separate website, because they want to maintain a single website that users can customize themselves. French and German versions are right behind, set to be released by the end of March.
