  • I'm calling bull, first off if you don't do anything for your significant other your likely to be decapitated or at the very least castrated. And second the only ones who ever say that V-day is no big deal are in relationships or have no worries about getting into relationships, for the rest of us its a day of misery, regardless of its actual meaning.

    In any case, I personally liked spoiling my girl on Valentines day. V-Day was never a stressed-out night for me. Rather, it was just another night to be happy and appreciate life.

    However, I'll tell you what does suck about V day. The fact that every bar, flower shop, and restaurant in town thinks they can charge twice as much for the same crap THEY NORMALLY SELL. Like their fresh tuna really costs that much more every Feb 14th.

    Hallmark may have started the holiday, but every business in LA gladly capitalizes on it.
