Inhale the breath of fresh air, Obama is honest about his youthful use of "reefer" and occasionally cocaine. One friend reported, "'If someone passed him a joint, he would take a drag. We would smoke or have one extra beer, but he would not even do as much as other people on campus,' recounted Mr. Thummalapally, an Obama fund-raiser. "'He was not even close to being a party animal.'"

Clinton suggested that Obama's past will be a liability against the Republican slime machine. What do you think?

  • Heck no, He didn't make up a didn't inhale BS story he admitted it and got over it. People will too. If you are honest about stuff people won't worry about the small stuff.

  • The tiresome "pretentious" speeches of most politicians, who tell us what they think we want to hear merely for the furtherance of their political ambition, have long sounded like Charlie Brown's parents to me. Al Gore, John Edwards and Barack Obama are all a breath of fresh air. It's obvious to anyone listening closely when a person truly speaks from their heart and with conviction. Yes, ST, I believe Barack is Good and True.
