My personal belief is that by allowing government eavesdropping, we are allowing for the government to take away our human rights. I personally can't find any way that I could support the situation, and I don't think it's necessary to do so at this point in time. I can't find a time where I would think it was necessary either. I don't have anything to hide, but I don't think just because I don't have anything to hide, that the government should have free reign to do what they want in this instance.

I agree with your post about Government Eavesdropping, The Government shouldn't be allowed to just randomly target any person of any race, be it Mexican, African, Arabic, it doesn't matter. It shouldn't be allowed

I agree with your post about Government Eavesdropping. I too believe that the government has no right basically taking our rights away from us. I also agree with you on 9-11, this did open up a doorway to this subject but not everyone has something to hide and i do not believe this is the right thing to do. punishing everyone just because a select few did wrong isn't right at all. we all have the right to life, to live it as we see fit and with life comes the our individual privacy and for somebody to invade that, to me just isn't fair. If we have the right to live life then we should have the right to our privacy and this is the issue and my opinion on it is simply that it just isnt right.
