The foods that will help you have mind-blowing sex.
It’s not just those aphrodisiacs that resemble human genitalia, such as oysters and figs that turn your sex drive into full gear.
Scientists suggest, “You can absolutely eat your way to better sex. What’s good for the heart is good for the genitals.” If you have good heart health, improved blood flow above the waist that transfers to better blood flow and more sensation below the waist.
The journey from lifting a fork to increased gratification begins in the brain. Certain nutrients such as Nitric oxide and Arginine can enhance your mojo according to clinical health studies. Your body needs healthy fat to produce the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, which all contain Nitric oxide.
Arginine, an amino acid the body uses to create Nitric oxide, is considered to be a sexual supplement. When you become sexually aroused, a neurotransmitter sends a message to the lining of the genitals to release Nitric oxide, which causes blood vessels to expand. This seems to be due to Arginine’s role in the production of Nitric oxide, without an adequate amount of it, guys can’t get erections and women can’t become aroused.
Foods high in Arginine are considered the stimulators contributing to prolonged arousal. We find this in foods such as nuts, almonds and Omega-3 fatty acids in seafood, especially salmon, halibut and cod. Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish, improve cardiovascular health and lower triglycerides as well as possibly increase dopamine production and reduce the risk for depression, are all pluses for the libido.

i've been taking flax seed oil supplements which are rich with omega-3's... my sister was quick to point out that it has the effect of increasing your libido... and I thought she was only joking.... I guess not.
