Internet services in India and the Middle East have been badly disrupted for nearly two weeks after at least three undersea cables were cut. The cables were repaired and the service was restored on Sunday, but the incident raises some serious questions about security in the digital age. The cuts slowed business, brought personal Internet use to a standstill, and fueled speculation of sabotage. Authorities are blaming it on an abandoned anchor, but the Economic Times of India is wondering... could a terrorist do the same thing?
