Who knew that dark chocolate fans were such snobs? Not I. But maybe that's because I'm a milk chocolate fan all the way. Where do u stand?
The article provides an interesting look at some of the history of chocolate as well as how it's made and what distinguishes the two (dark vs. milk), as well as providing insight into why dark reigns with the snobbish crowd.
And at the least it should make u want to eat some chocolate. I've already had way too many mini-Twix bars today.
And don't forget, Valentine's day is tomorrow. So brush up on your chocolates knowledge and then go out and get some chocolates for your sweetie. Mmm, chocolate...

frankly, dark chocolate, milk and more mass market product don't have anymore any cacao on it, law allow them to use others extract, soy or worst, to create chocolate, if you want to taste and the health of chocolate, go for dark, best of best, Poulain (belgium) 70% is a great start.
try with coffe and enjoy-

Hell, chocolate is chocolate! Only with more or less milk, it's made from the same pod.
