Texas ban on sex toys overturned

Happy Valentine's Day Texas! You can finally purchase sex toys legally in the Lone Star State.

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Texas law making it illegal to sell or promote obscene devices, punishable by as many as two years in jail, violated the right to privacy guaranteed by the 14th Amendment.

So now, everything really is bigger in Texas, even the sex toys. YEE HAW!

  • Alabama still bans sex toys. Texas law was extra weird though; you were fine as long as you had one dildo, but more than one was considered perverse. It is still illegal in Texas for anyone but a pharmacist to sell condoms. Talk about stupid!

  • urborus8...thats actually not true about condoms. They are readily available over the counter here

  • But are they sold at pharmacies? Or can you get them at a gas station, or bathroom, or where ever?
